Education is a prime instrument of national purpose and that quality of education is inescapably involved in the quality of the nation. The maintenance and strengthening of quality education is a task even more onerous than its attainment. What is required is an immense burst of idealism and exuberance among our students, who must be thoroughly devoted to the task of safeguarding this great honour of ours founded on the twin ideals of quality and commitment. Quality is inspirational and motivational. It makes you a winner and appreciates winners.

In other words, the minute the concept of quality touches our life, we are inspired and motivated to raise the bar; as we instinctively want to go beyond our current capabilities to target and achieve excellence.
